Woman 'ruins neighbour's wedding' by strimming grass as couple read their vows to family

A "miserable" neighbour from hell has been slammed for ruining a wedding happening across the street from her.

The woman - dubbed a 'Karen' - droned out the bride with a strimmer as she walked down the aisle of her magical day.

In fact the noise from the machine was so loud and noisy that it disturbed the couple's vows - so much so that the audience couldn't even hear them speak.

The rude mowing session was shared on TikTok on June 11 by user @vampyyric, and has already gathered more than 293,000 views.

The TikTok user captioned the video: “some people are so miserable.”

“The second the bride’s song came on and she walked down the aisle this Karen decided to PURPOSELY mow her lawn and yell at us to ruin the wedding,” reads the text on the clip.

Snippets of the ceremony also appear in the video. They include the sharing of vows and the bride gracing the aisle, as well as a sneak peek of the “Karen” who disrupted the special day.

“She continued through the entire wedding and we could not hear the vows etc,” said the original user, who was a guest.

“Some people are just rude like that. It’s truly unfortunate,” they continued in the comments section, adding that they had gone up to confront the woman and she hadn’t been “kind.”

Online viewers were left outraged by the actions of the woman, and took to the comments section to slam the angry neighbour.

“The amount of rage I have right now,” one person said.

“Now I’d be committed to randomly ringing her doorbell at 3am at least once a week for eternity,” another user jokingly wrote.

“Hope you had a huge celebration and blasted the tunes to the wee hours,” said a third person.

Despite the clear distain from some online viewers, others took to say that 'Karen's' actions were justifiable, saying it’s her “property” and she can “do what she wants.”

“That’s something you have to accept when you don’t pay for a venue though,” another user chimed in.

“It’s her property, she didn’t agree to a wedding.”
