A woman has revealed how she got sweet revenge on her ex-boyfriend who she claims cheated on her.
Jade Purvis shared the story of how she ended up marrying his mistress' boyfriend on TikTok, where she's known as @jadepurvis53.
In a clip that has been viewed more than 6 million times on the social media platform, Jade explained that she was in a relationship with her boyfriend for three years and was even engaged to be married when she claims he travelled 188 miles to cheat on her with a girl he met on Facebook.
Jade, from Ayrshire in Scotland, also claims the woman in question was also cheating on her own boyfriend who she'd been with for more than five years.
Understandably, both parties were gutted when they found out and decided to meet up.
Jade says: "Her boyfriend and I decided to get our own revenge. He drove 188 miles to see me.
"He's not left. This was seven years ago, four years married. I think we win."
Since being posted, the video has received 1.2 million likes and almost 11,000 comments from users.
"They're playing checkers and this queen is playing chess," said one.
Another said: "Now that. Is a STORY. BRAVO."
"At least you can say everything happens for a reason," wrote a third.
And a fourth said: "Truly the best revenge."
Whilst some people thought the story was "romantic", others thought she was petty for seeking revenge.
One said: "Two wrongs don't make a right bruh."
Another wrote: "Am I the only one that feels like this is big toxic energy."
While a third added: "You're still salty and probably still in love with your ex bc if you were over him there wouldn't be a reason to do this."
In another video, Jade explained a few confusing details.
She said that it was the girl with who her ex-fiance cheated on her with who reached out to her and exposed him.
Jade said she was on friendly terms with the girl at first but later fell for the girl’s own boyfriend.
