
A woman has died after a blaze tore through a home in south-west London.
Firefighters were called to Broome Road in Hampton just after 1.20am on Sunday, following reports of a house fire.
Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called from Twickenham, Feltham, Richmond and Southall fire stations.
Upon arrival, crews found half of the fire floor of a mid-terraced property had been damaged by the fire, London Fire Brigade said.
One woman was tragically found dead at the scene.
The fire was extinguished by 4am.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, LFB said.
