A woman's bold manicure choice has divided opinions online, with some people admitting it made them "mad".
The nail tech regularly shares tutorials on how she creates her weird and wacky nails on TikTok where she's known as @ilysmnails.
But it's her latest video on how she created her onion nails that has left people speechless.
In a video that has been viewed more than 25.4 million times, the woman starts by glueing an onion layer to her index finger.
She then goes in with what appears to be builder gel - a polish used to help make nails longer, thicker and stronger.
Once the gel has been applied in the desired shape, she uses an electric nail file to carefully buff it down to make it smooth and shiny.
After a quick file, the woman reveals the final product - and it's surprisingly really pretty.
Since being posted, the video has been liked more than 945,000 times and has received more than 11,000 comments from unsure viewers.
Whilst some people thought it was "beautiful", others begged for this not to be a new trend.
One person said: "Lmao the colour was pretty good. But I can't imagine the smell."
Another said: "I have had enough of my [for you page]."
But a third pointed out: "Y'all do know the peel doesn't smell like anything right?"
"This made me mad," said one person.
And someone else said: "That's actually beautiful."
