Wimbledon 2018: Rafael Nadal really, really wants to know whether It's Coming Home or not this summer

Rafael Nadal wants to know whether It’s Coming Home or not.

The World No 1 was in superb form as he beat Alex De Minaur 6-1, 6-2, 6-4 this afternoon, but he rushed off court and had only one thing on his mind in his post-match press conference.

After being asked whether he was happy with his performance, Nadal replied: “I don’t know, I’m just happy to be in the fourth round and keep playing well.

“Now I want to watch some football – what’s going on? Is it coming home or not?”

Before dashing off to put his feet up in front of the television, Nadal added how much he enjoyed playing in front of a number of sporting stars in the Royal Box, from everyone to boxing starts David Haye and Carl Froch to 1966 World Cup winner Sir Bobby Charlton.

“Playing in front of very important people from sport around the world is always a big honour, we talk the same language and it's great to have all these people,” Nadal added.

“I am just happy to be in the fourth round again.

“A positive match against a player with a lot of energy, some tough moments.”
