Will the Texans have cornerback Johnathan Joseph for the Colts?

The Houston Texans managed to overcome the Kansas City Chiefs 31-24 in Week 6 on the road without No. 1 cornerback Johanthan Joseph, but they also lost No. 2 cornerback Bradley Roby in the game, which puts a big emphasis on Joseph getting back in the lineup.

Houston stays on the road to face the Indianapolis Colts, and having stability in the secondary with Joseph suiting up would be exactly that.

According to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle, Joseph says the plan is to play Sunday afternoon at Lucas Oil Stadium in the first game of the series between the two AFC South powerhouses.

Joseph was a surprise addition to the Oct. 11 injury report, the final one before the Chiefs game, as he was limited with a hamstring injury. Ultimately, that forced him to not go against the Chiefs with second-round rookie Lonnie Johnson in his place.

The Colts receiving corps boasts Pro Bowl receiver T.Y. Hilton, who has torched the Texans with four 100-yard receiving games in his last five regular season outings against the Texans.

If Joseph is unable to go in Indianapolis, the Texans will have to rely on Johnson along with veterans Keion Crossen and Phillip Gaines to lock down Colts receivers.
