Will Forza Horizon 6 Be On Xbox One?

The racing community is geared up and ready to get the newest Forza Horizon game, with the release date just a few weeks away. The game has been hyped up quite a lot that fans can barely contain their excitement.

But the same can’t be said for all Xbox users. There have been several questions surrounding the available platforms for Forza Horizon 6, and today, I’ll be debunking the myth around Forza Horizon 6 on Xbox One.

Is Forza Horizon 6 Releasing On Xbox One?

No. Forza Horizon 6 will not be released on the Xbox One generation. This comes as several new titles are exclusive to the latest-gen consoles and do not offer cross-generation gameplay.

Forza Horizon 6 will be available to play on the Xbox Series X/S, but Xbox One users will not have the same privileges. Unless they use another method to access the game.

How To Play Forza Horizon 6 On Xbox One?

Thankfully, Xbox hasn’t frozen out its Xbox One player base just yet. If you still want to play the game, players can always access it through Xbox Cloud Gaming on Game Pass Ultimate. Yes, this includes the Xbox One as well.

This will require you to purchase the Game Pass Ultimate in order to access the game, but it just depends on how much you’re willing to spend. And this only includes the Xbox One, but not older generations, as they won’t have the hardware to run it properly.

Will It Have The Same Specs & Performance?

Yes. Whether you’re playing on the Xbox Series or Xbox One, the specs of the game will remain the same since there’s only one version. However, the performance will vary significantly due to the hardware difference.

The Xbox Series is fitted with the latest-gen technology that can run games faster, smoother, and without risk of overheating. This is not the case with the Xbox One. You might face reduced frame rate as well as an increased risk of your platform overheating.

But if you’re not willing to upgrade your console just yet and really want to play the game, using Xbox Cloud Gaming is definitely a great alternative.
