Wilfried Zaha pictured wearing Man Utd shirt after failed transfer to Arsenal

Wilfried Zaha has posted a video of himself wearing a Manchester United shirt while having a kick-about in the garden.

The Crystal Palace graduate played for the Red Devils from 2013-2015 before returning to London, and clearly still has an affinity for them.

The shirt, which was United's away kit last season, features the number three on the back alongside Eric Bailly's name - Zaha's international team-mate.

The winger presumably swapped his shirt with Bailly following United's clash with Palace at Selhurst Park last season - his reason for owning it.

Zaha was strongly linked with a move to Arsenal this summer but found himself priced out of the move with Palace desperate to keep hold of him.

The Gunners made a bid for his services, which was rejected, before making Nicolas Pepe their number one target.

Arsenal landed Pepe last week, signing the player from Lille for £72million.

Pepe said: "Being here is very emotional. I have come a long way and struggled a lot and so signing for this great club is a big reward.

"It was important to make the right decision and I am convinced that Arsenal is the right choice."

Arsenal boss Unai Emery added: "Nicolas is a highly rated and talented winger who was wanted by many of the top teams in Europe.

"Signing a top-class winger has been one of our key objectives in this transfer window and I'm delighted he's joining.

"He will add pace, power and creativity, with the aim of bringing more goals to our team."
