October is upon us and Britain and the rest of the northern hemisphere will no doubt notice a shift in both the weather and daylight hours. Meanwhile Australia and the rest of the southern hemisphere will be hoping for more pleasant spring weather. So what sort of wildlife will we all discover on our doorsteps?
