Some people in Beeston are still experiencing water supply issues this morning, July 1.
Severn Trent was made aware of the issue just before 10pm yesterday and engineers worked throughout the night to repair faulty equipment which was causing the problem.
At 5am today, the water firm reported that the majority of customers had their supplies restored.
However, a spokesman added: "We are aware some customers are still affected with loss of supply and our team are still working hard to restore the water to these properties.
"We apologise if this causes any inconvenience and again we appreciate your patience while we are working on this."
Customers have been told there may be some minor discolouration to water as it returns to properties.
