Production has now officially started on the all-female Ghostbusters and director Paul Feig has teased the first look at the costumes from the forthcoming reboot.
Feig, whose latest film Spy has made $144m worldwide to date, tweeted a picture of the four suits lined up, with the surnames of the actors attached. The film stars previous Feig collaborators Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy and Saturday Night Live stars Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones.

While no official plot description has been released, rumours suggest that Wiig and McCarthy will be playing authors who write a book on the paranormal which comes back to haunt Wiig once she has a prestigious job at Columbia University. But when ghosts invade New York, she reunites with McCarthy and two ghost wranglers to save the day.
Feig has already stated that The Walking Dead is a big influence on the new film. “I will say, I was very inspired by this show,” said Feig earlier this year. “What I love is how they play with the danger, they play with the scariness, but also the idea that it’s always about gauntlet run. And that’s something, an element I want to bring to this Ghostbusters reboot is having to get through these various obstacles that are supernatural and all that. I really feed off of The Walking Dead.”
Ghostbusters hits cinemas on 15 July, 2016.
