Who leads this year’s MTV VMA’s nominations?

MTV VMA Bruno Mars Kendrick Lamar Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga leads the nominations for this year's MTV Video Music Awards with 12 nods.
Bruno Mars received 11 nominations, and Kendrick Lamar secured 10, placing them as other top contenders.
The VMA ceremony is set to take place on Sunday, 7 September, at New York's UBS Arena, broadcasting live on CBS, MTV, and Paramount+.
Two new categories, 'Best Country' and 'Best Pop Artist', have been introduced for this year's awards.
Fan voting for 19 gender-neutral categories is open until 5 September, with Lady Gaga having been the most-nominated artist for the third time.
