White Sox fall to Rays for 4th loss in a row

CHICAGO _ The White Sox dropped their fourth in a row as they fell to the Rays, 3-1, on Friday night at Guaranteed Rate Field.

With slugger Jose Abreu out of the lineup due to an elbow injury, the Sox weren't able to mount much offense against Rays starter Blake Snell and Tampa relievers. The Sox dropped to 52-81 on the season while the Rays improved to 68-68.
