The most prestigious quarterback camp in the county, the Elite 11, just finished, and Ohio State 2024 quarterback commit, Air Noland, didn’t disappoint.
The left-handed Georgian was very consistent with his performance, consistently good. The 6-foot, 3-inch, 195-pound Buckeye commit battled against some of the best quarterbacks in the country and held his own.
Noland entered the camp as the No. 5 quarterback in the country and 37th overall player according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. Since he’s already one of the best players in the nation, it’s much more difficult for him to rise up the rankings but after his performance this week, that might change.

Breakdown
Only a former Buckeye commit, Dylan Raiola, was better than Noland during the three days in California. The most respected high school recruiting rankers will most likely have Noland rising their boards.

Breakdown
On3 didn’t have Noland quite as high as 247Sports did, but inside the top five is still a major accomplishment. Again, consistent play from the Buckeye commit had him staying as one of the best performers.

Breakdown
They didn’t announce their final rankings, just who won MVP, which was Julian Sayin. The Buckeyes offered the Alabama commit, but he’s sticking with the Crimson Tide. Noland was just two spots behind and although he didn’t win, was most likely in the conversation as they were picking a winner.

Breakdown
Noland lived up to the hype and then some. Most of the drills were designed for a right-handed quarterback, so there was a natural disadvantage for him. Noland didn’t let that bother his play and by most accounts, did extremely well. It just backs the thought that the Buckeyes got a very good quarterback in the 2024 recruiting cycle.
