When Shane Warne launched a clothing line

One of Australia's most followed cricketers, Shane Warne passed away on Friday, suffering from a suspected heart attack while holidaying in Thailand. His death not only sent a shockwave across cricket fans across the world, but also made people look back at the charisma of the handsome player, who was considered as one of the greatest bowlers in the history of cricket.

The cricketer was also an entrepreneur with a gin brand and a clothing line to his credit. We look back at the time when the cricketer was super excited about launching his clothing line in India.

Warne, turned designer with his clothing brand 'Spinners' in 2010 and even launched it in India.

It was called a sporty fashion line comprising menswear, boys-wear and innerwear, making headway in the spachio (sport+fashion) garment market.

"I'm excited to be launching Spinners by Shane Warne globally. It's no secret that I've always loved India. It's a beautiful country and the people are as passionate about cricket as I am," Warne had said during the launch.

The line was designed by Warne and was dedicated to all the cricket fans, with clothes which were soft and breathable.
