Frank Lampard and his Chelsea team will now head off to Japan following their first pre-season games of the campaign in Ireland.
The Blues started off with a 1-1 draw against Bohemians on Wednesday evening, before then hitting St Patrick's Athletic for four as the new head coach got his first win since returning to west London.
The two games gave Lampard the chance to assess his team but he had to do without N'Golo Kante for both matches through injury.
Kante did make his way over to Ireland at the start of the week with his teammates but was left out of the games due to the knee injury he suffered at the end of last campaign.
While the ex-Leicester City man did manage to play in the Europa League final victory against Arsenal, he was absent for France's Euro 2020 qualifiers against Turkey and Andorra.

Next up for Chelsea is a trip to Japan and Lampard has revealed that the Frenchman will be part of his squad for the games against Kawasaki Frontale and Barcelona.
"He’s been training on his own with the physios this week because he’s still feeling the effects of his injury from the end of last season and we just want to be careful with him," he told the club's official website.
"It’s not a big problem. We know he’s a fit boy and he has a great attitude so the last thing we want to do is push him too early.
"Hopefully next week in Japan we’ll start to integrate him into the group."
Kawasaki Frontale are first up in Yokohama on Friday, before the team then finish their tour of Japan by playing La Liga champions Barcelona in Saitama.
