When is Britain's Got Talent on? Ant & Dec back together for new series

It's been nearly a year since Lost Voice Guy won Britain's Got Talent, which means that before long it will be time for it to return to our screens.

Yes, almost 12 months have passed since Lost Voice Guy aka North East comedian Lee Ridley took the crown on the hit ITV show, seeing off competition from runner up Robert White and third place act Donchez 'Wiggle Wine' Dacres.

Britain's Got Talent made its debut on TV back in 2007, with Paul Potts the first winner some 12 years ago now. And it's been a decade since Diversity beat Susan Boyle to win the 2009 series.

We know that filming has been taking place for the new series as Ant & Dec gave their National Television Award acceptance speech live from auditions in London.

But when will it be back?

When is Britain's Got Talent on?

Britain's Got Talent will return to our screen for a new series on Saturday, April 6.

Ant & Dec will be reunited for the new series after Ant missed the live shows last year. The judging panel is the same which means that Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon will all return.
