When and what time is Celebrity Bake Off 2021 on and who are the contestants?

The Great British Bake Off is set to bring some more sweet, cake-based goodness into our lives again.

The hit Channel 4 show returns to screens tonight with a bit of twist as it will be celebrities entering the tent instead of amateur bakers.

And it's all for a good cause.

Actor and comedian John Bishop, Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall, TV star Anneka Rice and Scottish actor James McAvoy are among the twenty celebrities who have signed up for The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer.

For the next five weeks, four different celebrities each week will be doing their bit in aid of Stand Up To Cancer, a joint national fundraising campaign from Cancer Research UK and Channel 4.

Bake Off judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith will be back to dish their no holds barred opinions on what the famous face rustle up in the tent while host Matt Lucas will also be back in the tent "keeping time and spirits up".
