This month, the Guardian is undertaking a huge project reporting the ins-and-outs of the NHS.

Next week, we’ll be concentrating on the NHS’ mental health services, and we’d like your help to do so. In 100-200 words we’d like you to tell us what you’d like to see from NHS mental health services. In a perfect world, what would the services look like? Perhaps this could draw on your own experiences with mental health services, whether good or bad. Or maybe there are things you’d like to see changed.

Share your experiences via the form below and we’ll use the best submissions in our coverage.
