Manchester saw the hottest day of the year last Friday, with temperatures soaring into the high 20s across the city.
The hot weather is set to continue throughout this week as well, with temperatures forecast to hit 23C on Thursday as the sun continues to shine in Manchester.
And with more days of glorious sunny weather to come, it'll be the perfect excuse to tuck into your favourite icy treat.
