What platforms is Fatekeeper available on?

Right now, THQ Nordic’s newest RPG, Fatekeeper, is only available on PC through Steam’s Early Access, with no PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, or Game Pass versions announced.

If you want to play Fatekeeper at launch, you need a Windows PC and Steam, or at least a Steam Deck, though early reports of the game’s performance on the handheld are rather unconvincing.

Which platforms is Fatekeeper available on?

Fatekeeper is only available on PC through Steam.

Is Fatekeeper on PC?

Yes, Fatekeeper is on PC through Steam. The game entered Steam Early Access on June 2, 2026. It is a first-person action RPG from Paraglacial and THQ Nordic, with melee combat, magic, relics, build choices, and exploration through a handcrafted fantasy world.

The Steam version is the only confirmed release right now. The official game site also directs players to Steam for the Standard Edition, with no mention of other platforms. The Early Access build is around two hours long, while the full game is planned to be around 15 hours.

Is Fatekeeper on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, or Nintendo Switch?

Unfortunately, there has been no console announcement from THQ Nordic or Paraglacial. The game’s launch in Early Access means it’s not ready for the 1.0 release yet, and historically, PC has been the best platform to test things and get immediate player feedback.

It’s not unlikely that when the main official launch happens, the game gets ported to the major consoles, but for now, there has been no indication. The official disclaimer states that the developers intend to release 1.0 after 18 months in Early Access.

Is Fatekeeper coming to Game Pass?

Just like the console launch, there has been no communicated intent from THQ Nordic or Paraglacial about the Fatekeeper’s Game Pass launch. It could happen down the line in 18 months, but since the game is currently in Early Access, it’s unavailable elsewhere.

Fatekeeper’s platform future

Fatekeeper’s Early Access launch isn’t just for show: THQ Nordic or Paraglacial need the player feedback, so the early release got a significantly discounted launch price, which will increase after the game is completed. The first goal is to finish the PC version with player feedback, and if it’s a success, console ports are sure to follow.
