Liverpool will have to wait at least a week to get their hands on the Premier League trophy.
But one Reds supporter has been inventive with his celebrations.
After dispatching of Crystal Palace with ease on Wednesday night, the Merseyside giants moved to within two points of being crowned champions of England for the first time in 30 years.
The first chance was on Thursday night as Manchester City travelled to Stamford Bridge knowing that anything less than a win would see them relinquish their crown.
And after a pulsating 90 minutes in west London, goals from Christian Pulisic and Willian sealed a memorable night for those connected to Liverpool.
A video clip has emerged of Virgil van Dijk, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Alisson Becker leading wild celebrations after Willian's penalty which turned out to be the winner.
That goal also sparked a massive reaction from Liverpool fans - with some even suggesting the Brazilian should make the move to Anfield in the summer transfer window.
But one Liverpool fan has gone one better.
Based in London and just so happened to be in and around the Stamford Bridge area, this particular supporter had a message for the Man City players.
As seen in the tweet above, this Liverpool supporter held up a small cardboard homemade Premier League trophy up to the departing Man City team bus.
And he was not alone.
A selection of Liverpool fans have been spotted celebrating near Chelsea's home ground as the realisation of Thursday night's events begin to sink in.
