What Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly did with fans after Premier League win against Crystal Palace

Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly has been a busy man in January. The American will have been pleased to see Graham Potter's side get back to winning ways as they beat Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues had just one win in their last nine matches in all competitions heading into the clash against Palace and were in desperate need of a good result. Chelsea moved level on points with Liverpool after the win thanks to Kai Havertz's header in the second half.

It has been a difficult season for the west London outfit with their hopes of finishing inside the top four fading considering the form of those above them in the table. Boehly has seen the arrival of 14 new players at Stamford Bridge since taking over from Roman Abramovich, with more expected before the end of the January transfer window.

Mykhailo Mudryk became the latest signing for Chelsea as he was unveiled to fans at half-time during the match against Palace. The Blues completed an £88million deal to sign the 22-year-old who was on the verge of joining Premier League leaders Arsenal before Boehly stepped in to hijack the move.

There is plenty of discussion amongst Chelsea fans as to what is going wrong for their team and how best to improve results in an effort to salvage the season. Supporters spotted that Boehly may have been listening in on one specific discussion that took place on Twitter after the win against Patrick Vieira's side.

The American co-owner had been seen listening in on a Twitter Spaces discussion between Chelsea supporters, potentially keeping an eye on the general view from the fans at the moment. There is some concern about the transfer strategy at the club and the performances on the pitch, with a number of star players underperforming.
