Animal welfare experts are appealing to find a new home for playful Lurcher Blue who is currently under the care of Dogs Trust’s West Calder Rehoming Centre.
Blue is five years old and sadly he has now been waiting to find his new home for some time.
A spokesperson for Dogs Trust said: “When it comes to his home comforts, nothing beats a comfy and cosy bed to snuggle into. Blue also loves to go exploring on his walks, for adventures in the car and he is house-trained.

"A sweet and sensitive boy, Blue needs a quiet home where he will be able to settle into a routine and have his own space.
"Blue can be mistrustful of hands and is wary of people he does not know, and so his new owners will need to be patient and understanding in order to build up a trusting and loving relationship with Blue.
"With his fun-loving and enthusiastic nature, Blue will make a wonderful companion for anyone who is able to provide him with a little extra TLC.”
