West Brom reignite interest in League One star linked with Nottingham Forest, Leeds United and Middlesbrough

West Bromwich Albion have reignited their interest in Nottingham Forest, Middlesbrough and Leeds United 'target' Jamal Lowe, according to reports.

Football League World claim the Baggies' scouting department have regularly checked in on the Portsmouth striker, who has netted 16 goals for the promotion chasers this season.

It was reported back in January that Forest , along with their Championship rivals, were interested in signing the former Barnet man.

Now it appears the Baggies still hold an interest in the former PE teacher, who helped Kenny Jackett's side to Checkatrade Trophy success earlier this year, netting in both extra time and in the penalty shoot-out as they beat Sunderland at Wembley.

Lowe has two years left to run on his current deal at Fratton Park after signing from Hampton & Richmond Borough in 2017.
