As expected, Sinn Fein's Paul Maskey retained his seat in Belfast West.
While his vote was down, he still managed 20,866.
It was a strong performance from People Before Profit's Gerry Carroll, who increased his vote share from 6% to 16% with his 6,194.
Mr Maskey said: "What it looks like in Britain is that the Tories are going into a massive majority.
"This election and this election in Belfast sends a massive clear message to the Tories that we are not going away and our voice is going to be heard loud and clear, as it has been in England, in London, in Europe, in America and indeed on this island.
"We will continue to make sure that our voice is heard.
"We have a mandate to deliver equality and respect and we have a mandate to deliver unity."
Elsewhere in Belfast West, the DUP's Frank McCoubrey had 5,220 votes and the SDLP's Paul Doherty had 2,985.
The Alliance Party's Donnamarie Higgins polled 1,882 while Aontu's Monica Digney got 1,635.
The turnout for Belfast West was 59.39%.
