Picking the perfect meal is one of the many, many decisions engaged couples have to make when planning their big day.
Some opt for a big traditional sit down meal complete with white tablecloths and fancy cutlery, while others go for something much more laid back.
But one wedding guest was completely shocked when she saw what was on offer at her friend's celebration.
Guests were presented with piles of plastic cheese, which had been taken out of the packet and lined up in neat lines, reports MailOnline .
There was also chopped up carrot and celery sticks and quartered oranges, which still had the stickers on.

There were chocolate brownie squares with lemon decorations, which look very tasty but rather messy.
The woman shared the photos on a wedding shaming Facebook group with the caption: "A wedding feast for your eyes."
Other members of the group were quick to comment on the spread and were equally shocked.

One wrote: "This is basically what we served at my three-year-old's birthday party. Except we had quiche and strawberries."
Another commented: "This is what happens when you ask your family to cook for your wedding."
One very disapproving member added: "Pathetic. This looks like a catering spread for work - a low budget one."
