Watch: Panthers QB P.J. Walker, WR Cam Phillips warm up together

The Carolina Panthers signed a couple of new wide receivers today, including one of P.J. Walker’s former teammates with the Houston Roughnecks.

Watch Walker warming up with Cam Phillips before tonight’s fanless Fan Fest practice at Bank of America Stadium.

Walker and Phillips were arguably the top two players in the XFL during its short season roughly 600 years ago in early 2020. Walker was the league’s runaway MVP candidate, leading Houston to a 5-0 record. Meanwhile, Walker was the XFL’s top receiver, posting 455 yards and nine touchdowns.
