The Detroit Lions and Arizona Cardinals fortunes have gone in different directions since they played a tie last year in the desert.

The teams met again in Arizona Sunday and it looked like they might be headed toward another overtime, which could have meant another tie.

Enter Matt Prater, who made sure that did not happen from 39 yards.
