Head coach Kyle Shanahan dialed up a throw to fullback Kyle Juszczyk on the first play from the 1. The fullback hauled it in for his second touchdown catch of the day and his first ever game with two receiving TDs. Robbie Gould missed the extra point though to keep it a one-score game at 20-12, 49ers.
