Watch: Kentucky’s leading receiver Lynn Bowden Jr. shredded Arkansas playing QB

The Kentucky Wildcats held on to beat the Arkansas Razorbacks this past Saturday to move to 3-3. The Wildcats, who travel to Athens to face the Georgia Bulldogs this week, are 1-3 in SEC conference play and are banged up at quarterback. Sawyer Smith, Terry Wilson Jr.’s back-up, struggled versus South Carolina and is recovering from injuries. Terry Wilson Jr. is out for the season.

With Bowden Jr. at the helm the Wildcats won 24-20. Lynn Bowden Jr. is a threat on the ground and will challenge Georgia’s defense. He racked up 196 yards on the ground versus Arkansas on 24 carries and threw just eleven passes for 78 yards and a touchdown.

Georgia will have to stack the box versus Bowden Jr. and dare him to throw. The Wildcats threw twelve passes last week compared to fifty-two runs, so if Bowden Jr. starts at QB, then Kirby Smart and the Dawgs will know what’s coming. Here are Bowden Jr.’s impressive highlights in last week’s win over Arkansas:

The Georgia Bulldogs will be motivated after losing a shocker in double overtime to South Carolina. Georgia will look to enter their bye week at 6-1 before they travel to Jacksonville to face the one-loss Florida Gators. The Missouri Tigers currently top the SEC East race.
