Watch: Giants’ coach Joe Judge calls out Doug Pederson without naming him

The Nate Sudfeld experiment in the final quarter of Sunday’s Washington-Philadelphia game left a bad taste with everyone.

Doug Pederson didn’t go for a field goal when he could have tied the game and then inserted a third-string quarterback under the pretense of getting Sudfeld some “deserved” reps.

The problem was the NFC East title hung in the balance and Sudfeld was totally outmatched.

Washington won and the New York Giants were out due to some questionable coaching.

Giants coach Joe Judge addressed the issue Monday and made it clear he would never take that approach to any NFL game.

Oh, and he never mentioned the Philadelphia Eagles or their coach.

Judge will get two cracks at Pederson and the Eagles in 2021 to settle the issue on the field.
