Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan did not play his best football, but the team still persevered for a 24-20 win over the Eagles. His three interceptions nearly gave the game away. To Ryan’s credit, though, when it mattered most he responded by changing the play and coming up with the game-winning touchdown pass to wide receiver Julio Jones.

Atlanta’s veteran quarterback will have to play better going forward and he’s certainly capable of doing so. Ultimately, it was encouraging to see the Falcons beat a tough Eagles team in spite of Ryan’s off game.
