Watch: David Warner almost enters wrong dressing room after getting out in Australia's T20 World Cup match vs Oman

David Warner had an awkward moment when he almost entered the wrong dressing room after getting out during Australia's opening T20 World Cup match in Group B against Oman on Thursday.

Warner scored 56 off 51 balls in Australia's 39-run win at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados, but climbed up the wrong stairs on his way back when someone perhaps shouted to get his attention and tell that the Aussie dressing room was on the other side.

It sent the commentators doing live commentary into splits as the video clip from the incident went viral on social media

Australia made 164 for 5 batting first, thanks to a half-century by Warner and 36-ball 67 by allrounder Marcus Stoinis, who then took three wickets for 19 runs to lead Australia's victory.

Mitchell Starc (2 for 20), Nathan Ellis (2 for 28) and Adam Zampa (2 for 24) took two wickets apiece as Oman could only score 125 for 9 in response.
