Watch as seven-year-old Rudolph 'Blaze' Ingram sprints 100m in 13.48 seconds in amazing feat

A seven-year-old boy from Florida has been tipped to become the next Usain Bolt after a clip emerged of him running the 100m in 13.48 seconds.

Rudolph Ingram, who is known as ‘Blaze’, has become a viral sensation through an Instagram account run by his father which posts videos of his athletic exploits.

One staggering clip shows the youngster competing in the 100m and 60m races at a recent event.

Over both distances he leaves all his competitors in his wake, recording 13.48s in the 100m and just 8.69s in the 60m.

The youngster has shown a marked improvement over 100m during the last six months, having previously managed 14.59s in August.

Jamaican Usain Bolt holds the world record over that distance with 9.58s.

Blaze’s impressive performances have seen his followers on Instagram rise to a huge 270,000.

The tiny athlete has reportedly had a six pack since he was five, and is also a keen American Football player, with his Instagram account also showing his exploits for the Tampa Ravens.
