Friday night’s game was bittersweet for the New York Jets. Sure, they came away with a win in the preseason opener over the Philadelphia Eagles, but they also may have lost their quarterback in the process.
Zach Wilson left the game with a non-contact knee injury in the first quarter, and the fear is he could miss at least a few weeks. His teammates would go on to lead the Jets to victory, capped off by Chris Streveler’s touchdown pass to Calvin Jackson with 16 seconds left in the game.
