Warriors PR: Center Jordan Bell is suspended for one game

Late on Wednesday morning, the Golden State Warriors PR team tweeted out the press release that center Jordan Bell would be suspended for one game for “conduct detrimental to the team.”

There is no word yet on what Bell did to deserve the suspension, but he will not play in Wednesday night’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies, according to the release.

“Bell will serve the suspension tonight when the Warriors play the Grizzlies in Memphis.”

Bell is averaging 3 points and 2.7 rebounds on the season and has seen his minutes cut in recent games with the return of backup center Andrew Bogut. Bell will be back in the lineup for the Warriors on Friday night in Minnesota against the Timberwolves.
