Fitness influencer Dolly has revealed the dietary changes she made during her weight loss journey, claiming that eliminating seven common food categories helped her reduce excess calorie intake and remain consistent with her fitness goals.

In an Instagram post, Dolly said sustainable dietary and lifestyle modifications played an important role in her transformation from 145 kg to 90 kg.
