Wales' health minister Eluned Morgan has said it is too soon to say if Wales will face another lockdown.
In a press conference today, Mrs Morgan has announced changes to rules around self-isolation as she admitted the new Omicron variant is "worrying".
The Welsh Government has already announced changes to the rules on international travel. Schools too have had rules changed and masks are now required for secondary school pupils in classrooms.

Anyone who comes into contact with a confirmed or probable case of Omicron will have to self-isolate for 10 days regardless of age or vaccination status. That includes those under-5 who had previously been exempt from requiring a test unless they showed symptoms.
Asked if they were considering measures akin to the previous lockdown, firebreak or circuit break, Mrs Morgan responded: "I think it's it's too early to say what we're going to decide in the next few weeks because we have had days to assess the situation.
"Omicron is not in our communities. We've got a responsibility to keep our society open for as long as possible but obviously if the situation changes we will have to change along with with that.
"So of course we are still encouraging people to work from home, we are encouraging people to wear face coverings in public places, and we would urge people to comply with those requests, not requests but laws.
"It is important that people take this seriously. We're not doing this for fun. We're doing it to keep you safe. And it's really important that people understand the responsibility for themselves to their fellow human beings in Wales."
