Voting begins in world's largest democracy

As the world's largest democracy heads to the polls, FRANCE 24 launches a new show. "India Votes" features reports from our team on the ground, as well as in-depth analysis on the key stakes in this election, which is seen as referendum on Prime Minister Narendra Modi. We also hear directly from voters on what their hopes are for the future of India. In this edition we speak to expert Jean-Joseph Boillot and ask him if Modi has let Hindu nationalism hijack his economic agenda.
