Virgin Atlantic's Black Friday sale includes flights to New York under £300pp

Virgin Atlantic has unveiled its Black Friday deals and there are some cheap flights to New York to be had.

The airline has slashed prices on flights across its network and there are currently returns to New York from £279pp to be had.

The cheapest fares we found were based on an Economy Light ticket (hand luggage only but includes meals) from Manchester, if you're able to stretch your budget there are also Premium fares to be found from £509pp. There also deals to be found from London Heathrow.

You can already book the deals online in Virgin Atlantic's Black Friday sale but it's worth noting that they are subject to availability.

When we took a look, there were deals to the USA to be found based on select travel dates between March and September 2021.

It's not just New York that's on offer - Virgin has also slashed prices on flights to the likes of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Orlando and Washington. (You can see all of the West Coast deals here and the East Coast deals here).

Looking to make it a particularly memorable trip? The airline has fares in its Upper Class cabin from £999pp (its version of First Class) as well as Premium cabin fares from £599pp.

It's not just the USA which is on offer - the airline is also offering heaps of deals to Caribbean hotspots including Antigua, Barbados, Jamaica and Cuba.

Of course during the pandemic there can be changes to travel restrictions, but Virgin Atlantic is offering passengers the likes of free amends to bookings and coronavirus insurance - you can find out more on the Virgin Atlantic website.

If you are planning a holiday in 2021, it's worth noting that due to the ongoing travel restrictions around the world there may be certain entry requirements to visit a country - while some are currently keeping borders closed. You should always check the latest FCDO advice for your chosen destination before planning, booking, or going on a trip.
