Tributes poured in from heartbroken Tipping Point viewers after an episode aired following a contestant's death.
If you've never watched Tipping Point, the ITV show sees four contestants answer general knowledge questions to win counters which they use on a large coin pusher arcade-style machine.
Only the winner at the end has a chance to take home any money; the others leave with nothing except any non-cash prizes they may have won during the game.
Tipping Point has become a regular fixture on our screens and returned on Monday, for an episode that was made much more poignant by the death of contestant Dave Perkins, who was killed in a car accident in August last year, not long after it was filmed.
Retired charity executive Dave walked away from Tipping Point with a with £2,250 cash prize and revealed he wanted to spend his winnings on a holiday to Antigua.
The episode first aired back in October and leading the tributes then, host Ben Shephard tweeted: "Loved playing along with Dave today - he was a great guy, competitor + so close!
"Tragically he passed away not long after we recorded the show. His family wanted it aired as it created such great memories for him + them. I just wanted to send all of them our love and thoughts."
Viewers who didn't see the show first time round were also quick to pay tribute, with one posting: "R.I.P Dave. He seemed like such a nice man & hope some guys take a leaf out of his book."
Others criticized ITV for not referencing Dave's death and dedicating the episode to him, with one reacting: "No tribute to Dave in the credits. Poor show. RIP Dave."
