A newly launched AI assistant is set to help house hunters - including those buying and renting - in their search for their perfect home.

The virtual concierge, Claire by Propic, is a first port of call in house hunting.

The virtual concierge, Claire by Propic, is a first port of call in house hunting.

"With Claire, consumers get immediate responses to their inquiries, regardless of the time of day, which is crucial in the fast-paced real estate market where timing can be everything," says Propic CEO Jeffery Gray.

"When browsing properties on major portals, consumers will interact with Claire as soon as they make an inquiry, Claire receives their enquiry and responds via email in real time.

"Claire uses generative AI to write a detailed response to their enquiry answering all the consumer questions.

"In that initial email are prompts to find out more about the property or click to inspect at which time consumers are directed to an AI enabled listing of the property."

Claire also operates on real estate agencies own websites.

"With Claire, consumers get immediate responses to their inquiries, regardless of the time of day," says Propic CEO Jeffery Gray.

Its primary focus is to redefine consumer and agent experiences in real estate from managing buyer and leasing enquiries to general customer service and property management automation.

"What truly sets Claire apart is its ability to augment property features from agency systems, extract data from the internet and Propic's data lake of property data, converse in 14 different languages, and serve customers 24/7," Mr Gray said.

It is the latest development by Propic which is backed by Antony Catalano's View Media Group.

"Propic stands as a powerful testament to the idea that, in the hands of true experts, AI has the potential to transform not just how we interact, but also how we nurture relationships, conduct our work, and achieve our goals within the real estate sector," Mr Catalano said.

"By investing in Propic's latest product capabilities, we are signalling a shift that is poised to inspire the real estate market worldwide.

"We see this generative AI as the next step in the VMG roll out as we continue our build of the real estate super store.
