Thailand reopened to fully vaccinated visitors and saw 61 flights land at Suvarnabhumi airport with just over 3,000 passengers on Monday.
In total there were 4,510 arrivals through the airport on Monday and Tuesday, with 6 passengers testing positive for Covid-19.
Police arrested about 30 customers found drinking alcohol at a Pattaya pub in violation of Covid-19 restrictions.
While Pattaya restaurants are allowed to serve food until 11pm, alcoholic drinks are still prohibited.
About 10,000 schools resumed on-site classroom teaching, with the government saying students will not face regular tests for Covid-19.
About 20,000 other schools are due to restart classes before the end of the month.
Two cargo ships collided on the Chao Phraya River in Samut Prakan province on Tuesday morning.
No crew members were injured.
