An award-winning video production agency has doubled the size of its premises to incorporate an in-house studio.
Know Media has gone from a single office to an 800 sq ft studio within the recently renovated Britannia House in Scunthorpe.
The four-strong team will now create content at the location, having been supported with a Humber Business Growth Hub administered SME Restart & Recovery Grant.
Know was founded by Pete Hewes and Luke Drewery - crowned Young Business Person of the Year at the Northern Lincolnshire Business Awards earlier this year - and has held offices in both Brigg and Scunthorpe over the past 10 years.
Clients have included blue chip giants Red Bull, Manchester City and Phillips 66 as well as local prestige brands such as Daniella Draper, Wrendale Designs and Winteringham Fields.
Mr Hewes said: “This move offers a great bright studio space for our team allowing us to bring a lot of production in house. We’re very excited about our upcoming projects and cementing our position within the fantastic creative community at Britannia House.”
Once a traditional ale house ‘The Brit’ was converted into creative-focused commercial space by Keystone Architecture’s Jon Bayley, who also moved his business into the premises.
The distinctive pub on the junction of High Street and Frodingham Road closed its doors for the final time on New Year’s Eve 2018.
It is a first venture into commercial property management for Mr Bayley, an award-winning architect.
The conversion was revealed in July last year.
