Lady Victoria Beckham has named the budget beauty buy she cannot go without.
The Spice Girls star-turned-fashion designer has revealed she's "quite obsessed" with microfiber hair towels since they were recommended by her hair stylist pal Ken Paves - explaining they are much "gentler" than a regular towel and easy for her to keep on her head while she's doing her make-up.
She told The Sunday Times' Style magazine: "It was my hairdresser friend, Ken, who encouraged me to buy a microfiber hair towel. It’s just gentler on your hair. I’ve become quite obsessed with it now actually."
Victoria went on to reveal she's often seen wearing a microfibre towel on her head when creating beauty content for her Instagram page.
She said: "I only use these towels now on my hair, and I’ve become quite known for having a towel on my head with my videos [on social media].
"Originally, the reason that I had a towel on my head is because I’ve never sort of done my hair, had a blow dryer or anything like that, so I was like: 'Okay well I’ll just throw a towel on my head.'
"Most of the time, I have actually just gotten out of the shower and thrown a bathrobe on as well. But these towels are so much better for your hair."
In the interview, Victoria also revealed her favourite clothing staple is a plain white T-shirt - insisting she wears one almost every day and has created a perfect example in her recent collaboration with high street store Gap.
She said: "I wear a white T-shirt pretty much every day. It really is my go-to. I wore one to a friend’s baby shower the other day with a check pencil skirt from our precollection range.
"I know what I want in a white T-shirt and that’s the best fit, the right neckline, the right length of sleeve. I want something that has a little structure in it as well, so that it looks as good at the end of the day as it did when I put it on first thing in the morning, and I want it to wash well.
"Everybody should want this white T-shirt. I feel confident to say that because it’s perfect."
