Eddie Nketiah scored a fantastic hat-trick for England under-21s in their under-21s 5-1 win over Austria on Tuesday evening.
Stadium MK was treated to a masterclass by England youngsters as they easily swept aside their opponents in the Euro under-21s qualifier.
Nketiah is currently on loan at Leeds United this season from Arsenal and whilst he has showed flashes of his talent, the 20-year-old is yet to become a regular for Marcelo Bielsa's men.
The striker has scored twice in seven Championship matches this term but is yet to start a league game for Bielsa, with all of those appearances coming from the bench.
However, against Austria he showed exactly the reason why Bielsa last month described the Arsenal academy graduate as a 'complete player'.
There was a wonderful goal on the turn, a header and a poacher's finish from close range, something which left Arsenal legend Martin Keown and England under-21s manager Aidy Boothroyd singing Nketiah's praises after the contest.
Keown told BT Sport: "He makes such good runs. He is always on the move and he's very intelligent. He sets his body up to find the back of the net."
Boothroyd added: "He has got some talent. He is a proper striker. Those types of players want to score as many goals as they can and I am delighted for him."
Nketiah could have made it four goals on the night late on but he had a penalty saved, though the forward still ended up taking the matchball home.
