Vegan spot The Hug and Pint reopens west end kitchen for delivery and takeaway

We have missed a mushroom rice pudding, but there's good news - it's coming back.

Great Western Road's The Hug and Pint has reopened its kitchen for food and drinks.

The vegan hotspot is open from Wednesday to Sunday every week and is offering a menu featuring some of Hug and Pint classics like schezuan tofu, kimchi porridge and mushroom and cashew curry.

The menu will change daily and will be published shortly before opening each day.

Collections and payments will be made from a pick-up point at the front entrance of The Hug and Pint.

All staff will be adhering to social distancing and cleanliness guidelines and ask all customers to do the same where possible and to please wear a face covering when coming to collect their order.

The folks behind the Hug & Pint are also looking at re-opening sit-in dining too, so sit tight for any new announcements.
