Urgent search launched as Scots teen girls go missing from hometowns

An urgent search has been launched for a pair of missing Scots teenagers.

Chanelle Dolan, 13 from Linwood, and Kiera Coulter, 14 from Paisley, both vanished from their hometowns on Monday.

Renfrewshire cops believe that the pair are together and have issued descriptions in a bid to trace them.

Chanelle is described as a white female, 5'2" in height, slim build with short brown hair wearing a white hat, black North Face jacket and red trousers.

Kiera is described as a white female, 5'2" in height, slim build with long blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing grey shorts, white "Pretty Little Thing" hooded jumper and Black Converse high top shoes.

Police have urged anyone with information to phone 101.
