Urgent appeal for vulnerable missing Scots woman sparks massive police search

A missing vulnerable woman has sparked a massive police search in Lanarkshire.

Chloe Hamilton was last seen at her home in Larkhall at around 9am on November 4.

It is out of character for the 22-year-old to be out of contact with loved ones.

She did not mention staying out overnight or planning a trip.

Chloe's family are 'extremely concerned' for her welfare.

She is described as white, five foot, five inches tall, of a slim build with fair or blonde hair.

It is not known what Chloe was wearing at the time of her disappearance but she could be wearing blue jeans and a white jacket.

Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.

Sergeant Gail Struthers said: “Chloe is thought to have left her home address around half past eleven on Thursday, November 5 in Larkhall."

“We have been speaking to her family who say that her being out of touch for this time is not like her, hence the cause for their concern.

"We all just want to know that Chloe is safe and well."

“It is hoped that someone will have observed Chloe in the area or been in contact with her."

“I would appeal to anyone who knows Chloe, or who may have seen her since Wednesday night, to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number PS-20201105-1134 ".
